Privacy notice
This notice covers the booking form on latepass.club.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name or company, what you are, a link to your content, a rough budget, your email address, and any notes you add. We also keep your IP address in a counter for up to one hour, to stop abuse, and note the country your request came from. If the spam check is on, Cloudflare Turnstile may process browser signals to tell people from bots.
Why
To read your request, reply to you, and send a quote. We do not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Your request is kept until it has been handled, and then for as long as we need it for business records. Email privacy@latepass.club and we will delete yours. The hourly IP counter expires on its own.
Selling and sharing
We do not sell or share your details. They are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, and a request notice may be delivered to our inbox through an email service.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless, to see aggregate page views, referrers, countries and devices. We also keep our own aggregate counters, for example how many people tapped the hire button on a given day. No cookies are set, no personal profiles are built, and no IP addresses are stored.
